When do I get the money from sales?

With every purchase, in your payout account: the split between you and the platform happens at checkout.

Which payment methods can I offer?

Card, Bizum, Klarna, Link and bank transfer. You choose which ones to enable for each event.

What if there is no signal at the venue?

Access control works offline: download the list before opening and everything syncs on its own once the connection is back.

Can I sell from my own website?

Yes. Besides your own sales page, there is a widget to embed checkout in your site.

How do congress certificates work?

Each attendee is scanned when entering and leaving every room. Those minutes are used to calculate credits and issue the certificate.
